Job description

We require an enthusiastic, energetic and dynamic candidate for the position of E-Commerce Admin & Operations Officer. We need a person that has the speed and the accuracy in dealing with daily operations, and also having a natural ability to handle multiple things at the same time.

Role includes adding orders to system and processing them, checking if location is deliverable, raising Purchase Orders to vendors, following up with them, quality control, generation of courier waybills, dispatch, following up with courier partners for stuck shipments, solving customer queries on chat/email/calls, export documentation etc. Basically a 360 degree role of running operations in commerce company. Excellent spoken/written English is a must.
