Job Description
Must-haves
– 2+ years of Customer Support/ Service experience in Broking or Wealth Management
– 2+ Years of Hands-on experience in Chat/ Emails support

RESPONSIBILITIES
– Complete client ownership – manage inbound customer queries over chat and email
– Ensure customer is heard throughout the escalation process in the event of escalations
– Conduct demos walkthroughs etc for clients as well as brokers and partners
– Assist customers through occasional phone calls
– Handle payments and related operations
– Provide customer insights and bug reports to tech and product teams for feature improvement
REQUIREMENTS
– Proven Customer Support Experience
– Excellent written communication skills in English
– A keen willingness to learn new things
– Patience, maturity, and genuine customer empathy
– Proactive attitude, initiative taker, finisher

Salary: ₹25,000.00 – ₹45,000.00 per month

- Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company’s customer service policies
- Other duties as requested
