Job Description

• Candidate with Academic background related to Computers will be preferred and will have an edge over other applicants.
• The selected Candidate will be Responsible to handle the client’s accounts and day-to-day inquiry over email or phone calls.
• The candidate has to reply to the client’s query promptly.
• Managing and organizing the Client’s inquiry details database.
• Through Functional Knowledge to Computer is a must.
• Knowledge of MS office and the internet is a must to perform the day to day work smoothly with 100% precision.
• Should be able to understand and learn the International College/university application process – Complete Training will be Offered.

• Process the student’s application as per the training offered.
• Timely updating the students’ admission status to the client/student through email or Phone Call.
• Candidates need to achieve the minimum number of students admitted from the assigned clients’ accounts.
• The candidate should confidently handle the telephonic query.
• Fair knowledge of English is preferable but not mandatory, however, the candidate should speak fluent Hindi.
