Roles and Responsibilities

• Proficient In-Store Management & Stock Handling

• Executing all the Day – to – Day Stores Function as per the SOP (Standard Operating Procedure)

• Incoming material receipt, proper storage of material

• The material issue to a different department

• Stock updating, ERP entries maintain all records about inventory

• Manage Inventory Requisition, Purchase Orders Receipts, Materials Received/Issue Register

• Maintain all store reports in Manual / ERP Software

• Maintain store stock register Assets stock register

• Prepare monthly store reconciliation statement

• Maintaining Minimum Stock level of all Critical Items

• Maintaining the proper Method of stock issue, Maintaining the various levels of stock

• Daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reporting vendor Management

• Handling Purchases

• Developing New Vendors

• Issue Purchase Orders as per minimum inventory requirement
