Manufacturing company looking for Sales Executive to handle Export / International Sales Communication

• Responsible for International Sales New inquiries, handling existing customers & developing a business relationship.
• Ensure timely and quality responses to the inquiries & follow up with customers through email and phones.
• Preparing Costing Sheet / Price List / Proforma Invoice based on customized requirements of customers & handling existing customers’ records.
• Negotiation with regular customers for orders finalization & order process.
• Managing queries of customers; executing export orders of existing & new customers.
• Follow up with customers for pricing, new orders, payments, and giving regular updates to them related to the new development, dispatch, and delivery status.
• Ensure all customer issues/complaints are resolved within the relevant system and respond back to the customer.
