Job Responsibilities:

· Must have knowledge of Amadeus or Galileo. It’s mandatory to have knowledge of the same.

. Freshers are not allowed to apply.

. Must have good communication skills.

· Processes reservations by mail, telephone, or central reservation systems referral.

· Communicates reservation information to the accounts department

· Processes cancellations and modifications and promptly relays this information to the customer as and when required

· Understands the flight’s policy on guaranteed reservations and no-shows

· Tracks future flight availabilities on the basis of reservations

· Assists in preregistration activities when appropriate

· Monitors advances deposit requirements

· Handles daily correspondence. Responds to inquires and makes reservations as needed.
